Spirit Art is a transition of energy into a visual image. The process is very similar to spirit drawing. I take the name of the person the piece is for, I meditate on their name and start a sketch. This is generally, a very simple sketch. As I gaze into the paper and see the lines that have been laid down, I see other images. As I find and highlight these other images more appear. Once the sketch is enough to really work on, I take it to a pastel board in color. Often when I am gazing into the board I will see, what I call, lines of light. I begin to trace over them and develop the picture as I feel it should be. From what color to use, or what technique to use is all determined via intuition and guidance.
